Permanent Hair Straightening

Depending which hair relaxing treatment you choose, your hair will stay straight for several weeks to several months.  Different permanent hair straightening methods are recommended for specific hair types.  If you have particularly frizzy hair or curly hair, we recommend more heavy duty hair relaxers that will keep your hair soft, straight and shiny for months on end.  Japanese hair straightening and Brazilian hair straightening tend to be pricey but are well worth the cost!  When you choose these chemically enhanced straightening methods, you won’t have to straighten your hair again for almost a whole year.

Professional Hair Care

Of course, you should keep several frizz control products and professional hair care products on hand in order to keep your straight hair in tip top shape.  We recommend using a hair smoothing shampoo and hair smoothing conditioner a few times a week so that your hair is as soft, shiny and straight as possible.  If your hair is not as long as you want it to be, you also have the option of adding keratin hair extensions to your silky locks.  Natural hair extensions will give your hair not only more length, but a significant amount of volume as well.
